A review of Samsung's second Galaxy Watch Active

Samsung has been making smartwatches for a very long time.  I have owned some of them including a Gear Watch, the rectangular Gear S, Gear S3 Frontier, Galaxy Watch and now the Galaxy Watch Active 2. Because I have used a number of these over the years, I started reviewing them on my YouTube channel and noticed that people loved to hear about how they work. Some of the videos have hundreds of thousands of views. I was able to see incremental improvements with each new issue of the watch and also reviewed what was not good about them. 

You are immediately drawn to the elegant and smooth body design. The band is soft but also replaceable. The 44mm screen is perfect to give you a good area to view your content. With a good app, or just the native browser, you can even watch YouTube on the watch. The Bluetooth version requires linking to a phone (works best with android phones and slightly limited on ios, although there is a free app). This is what I like about Samsung smartwatches because as you know, you can not use an Apple Watch without an iPhone. The good thing is that you can now get all this goodness for much less than it was at launch. You can comfortably get 2 to 3 days of battery life.

The not so good news is that this watch is capable of ECG recording but this is yet to be approved for use in the UK. Also, not all UK networks offer the 4G/LTE version. For more, watch my video review here....
